In our efforts to provide world-class products, quality, on-time delivery and customer service, Steril-Aire is excited to announce the relocation of our manufacturing and warehouse facility to Buffalo, New York.

Effective immediately, all Steril-Aire’s products will be manufactured at Madison Industries’ world-class facility in Buffalo. With more than 100,000 square feet, the location is currently the world-wide manufacturing facility for Roberts Gordon and products for other Madison Industries businesses. Steril-Aire products are not new to this facility; it has been manufacturing our products in conjunction with the Burbank, CA location since March 2021. All manufacturing in Burbank will wind down in October.

The re-location will boost throughput, quality and on-time delivery based on current and expected customer volumes and will consolidate all inventory to a single location.

As part of the relocation, Steril-Aire will be bringing new jobs to the Buffalo region. We are excited that our brand will help support the local economy and be a larger part of the Buffalo community for many years to come.

Our Burbank facility will remain open and continue to house our front office, engineering and customer service teams. Our engineering and customer service teams have been working closely with our Buffalo facility since March to ensure a seamless transition in support of Steril-Aire customers. Additionally, Return Material Authorized (RMA) returns will no longer be processed in the Burbank facility; all RMAs will now be processed in the Buffalo factory.

This action is part of an overall plan to enhance, standardize and simplify Steril-Aire processes so we can more efficiently deliver the best possible support to our customers. Over the next few months, you will see additional announcements focused on new processes and policies we will be implementing to continue to improve our customer support.
